C2B2 is a research programme that envisions a more sustainable and multi-actor blue economy for Sweden. The programme aims to bring about participatory governance, in processes ‘from data to knowledge to decisions and action’.

Rear Admiral Ewa Skoog Haslum was part of the C2B2 programme board 2023 – 2024. She left the board when she was promoted to Vice Admiral and became Chief Joint Operations at the Swedish Armed Forces HQ.
