RISE Research Institutes of Sweden leads WP2 Open, data-driven innovation & emerging technologies and also LivingLab West.
RISE contact person in C2B2 is Jessica Hjerpe Olausson. 
Chalmers University of Technology is responsible for Open data collection platforms for knowledge co-creation, which includes training of a PhD student.

Swedish Institute for the Marine Environment (SIME) leads WP3 Ocean governance and adaptive management, and is also responsible for Enhancing marine spatial planning in Sweden.

The C2B2 group of partners consists of 11 key research organisations with the core skills and competences needed to implement the transition towards co-created science-based ocean governance.

Stakeholders – associated partners
The C2B2 group of associated partners is absolutely essential for the programme. This group consists of stakeholders from industry, the public sector and civil society. Our associated partners contribute with their experience and expertise from their respective domains and sectors. Most of them participate in the C2B2 LivingLabs.

Vinga Konstruktion Bottenlusen participates in LivingLab West. We are standby to collect ocean data around the Kärringön island on the Swedish west coast.

Svensk Vindenergi (Swedish Wind Energy Association) is the trade organisation for companies working with wind power and renewable energy. We are the wind power industry’s joint voice in Sweden. In C2B2 we contribute with competence and know-how from the renewable sector, including offshore wind.

Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (SSNC) participates in C2B2 LivingLabs. SSNC is Sweden’s largest and most influential environmental organisation. We spread knowledge, chart environmental threats, propose solutions and influence politicians and authorities, both nationally and internationally.

Ewa Skoog Haslum, Chief of the Swedish Navy
Rear Admiral Ewa Skoog Haslum was part of the C2B2 programme board 2023 – 2024. She left the board when she in November 2024 was promoted to Vice Admiral and became Chief Joint Operations at the Swedish Armed Forces HQ.
