Management objectives:

To facilitate information flow and decisions-making processes;
To monitor progress of the planned activity;
To coordinate the financial management;
To report to and communicate with Mistra;
To lead the Project Management Team and interactions with the Programme Board.

Communication

The focus of the communication work within C2B2 is to disseminate information about the programme with the help of texts, images and films that are mainly disseminated digitally. Online and physical meetings are also important to achieve maximum impact of the programme.
